Just search the app store for StockPerks or get it from https://www.stockperks.com/

Re: Shareholder benefits
I believe that Princess have been trailing it for quite a few months and it is now being rolled out to the other Carnival brands.

Yes, it appears most/all the Carnival brands are listed in the app. I first used it for a Princess cruise late last year, but unfortunately we had to cancel that one in the end.
Quick tip: it currently seems to want dates entered in American format ... I have raised this with StockPerks.
It also only goes up to July this year (currently) ... so I have not been able to get OBC for October yet.

I feel they want to know too much info about you for my liking so I’ll be sticking to the conventional way.

You do not need to fill in all the data, just ignore those you don't want to share.

The decision on whether to continue this for a further year is taken at the AGM and announced in the annual report.Kendhni wrote: ↑28 Jan 2024, 15:48Yes, it appears most/all the Carnival brands are listed in the app. I first used it for a Princess cruise late last year, but unfortunately we had to cancel that one in the end.

I’ll be sticking to the old way via email until it’s impossible.

Re: Shareholder benefits
If, once you have established your shareholding, all you need is to fill in your new cruise details on the stockperks app and they check you're still a shareholder with the register or your stockbroker, then that seems to be a better way.

I’ll stick with sending a message to HL 4 weeks before and hey presto it’s all taken care of.

Don’t really use apps or even the internet that much John.
I’ll have to concede eventually but for now, the traditional way is fine for me.

Re: Shareholder benefits
Has anyone had success using Stockperks when their shares were held by HBOS (either Halifax or Bank of Scotland) share holding services? I ask as they used to refuse to pass on details of holdings to third parties ie P&O/Princess/Cunard, quoting GDPR.

Re: Shareholder benefits
If you can provide stockperks with a statement showing your brokers name, your name, the number of CCL shares you hold, and it's a recent date (last 6 months approx). Then you can provide this to stockperks to verify your holding, then when you have a cruise you go to the redeem feature in the App and fill in your usual cruise details, and I imagine it's up to stockperks to verify you still hold the shares with the broker, in order to satisfy Carnival.

Re: Shareholder benefits
Just requested my share benefit with HL for our June cruise. No problem at all.

Re: Shareholder benefits
It really isn't that much information. It has been quite a few weeks since I filled it in but, if I recall correctly, most of the data was optional ... so all I gave them was my name, email address, mobile number, broker who holds my shares and an uploaded image of a statement ... all of which makes sense given the job they are trying to do.
In return I now only have to press a few buttons in their app to get my OBC.
It will be interesting to see if they insist using the app in the future, or if they still allow manual assessment for OBC.

Re: Shareholder benefits
Following my concern re Stockperks and HBoS share dealing: I had a chat today with HBoS and they confirmed that they will now communicate your holding to third parties (if requested by the shareholder) so it should work with Stockperks. We shall see.
