Does anyone have a contact email for Cunard, please? My mum has booked a cruise for her and my sister and BIL through Thomas Cook, who have given just one booking reference for my mum - twice, once with an error - and my sister can't get onto the Cruise Personaliser to enter her passport details. She's just spent 90 minutes on hold trying to phone Cunard and is mightily fed up. Thomas Cook would appear to be hopeless, as usual.

I passed them to my sister, but the next day, before she had a chance to use them, they phoned her. So I'm afraid I don't know if they work or not! Sorry...

I've only just seen this Alan but if ever I have a query with Cunard I contact the World Club as they seem to take more notice of you and do get back to you quickly.
