I have never known such a stupid web site.

I have literally just logged into ‘My Celebrity’ account when it tells me, ‘to protect my privacy I have been locked out for 20 minutes’.

What’s the point of accessing my account if I am only going to get a minute to browse it. No use at all.

Anyone else get this problem.

Oh yes .... just accept that the Celebrity website is crap and you will sleep a whole lot better.

My own experiences, just read the ' Booking Process ' perhaps ...

Glad I'm not alone.

As you say in your review Moby, everything is so long winded with filling out forms, and bits of them either won't allow you to complete or save. And all this on a website that has recently undergone a overhaul

Do you know something Stephen, I never ever had a problem with the Celebrity website over 8 cruises, however I did read carefully any instructions and made sure that I had all the info ready to input before I started.

I don't doubt it John. But when you log onto your account and am told almost immediately you are being locked out for twenty minutes for no reason then that tells me something is not right somewhere.

I won't lose sleep over it though.

It's fine being able to access and download all your documentation 'in the comfort of your own home' as opposed to businesses sending out all the details as they did in the olden days but when the technology doesn't work as it should it doesn't reflect well and hardly gives confidence.

I prefer the olden days Foxy when you got a phone call from the travel agent to tell you your tickets were in, and proper luggage labels all enclosed in a nice wallet. Now, it's print off your own E-ticket/s and luggage labels most of the time.

I'm with you on this one Stephen. Once on Celebrity was enough for me, being overly prescriptive, and with their false bonhomie.
