I am cross! Is there a new ship?
Yes, I've seen the online stuff in here and on FB - but I've heard/ received b***er all from P&O.
No brochures, magazines, nowt.
I have complained umpteen times and they even had the cheek to suggest it was because I might have moved ( we've lived here since 1977!)

meg: your not the only one, we have mysteriously dropped of p&o's radar since two years ago. have had two cruises since then, but zilch In the way of mail. I registered when the data regulations came up, but zero news from them. nice to be wanted!

I have contacted P and O on several occasions about the lack of post.
I get cruise specific correspondence but not flyers etc.
This week I was told that I had two records which have now been combined with my Baltic loyalty number but it will take five weeks for me to be recaptured by the system.
In fairness they put a moments magazine in the post which came yesterday but that was done by a customer service person not by the computer system.
I have contacted P and O on several occasions about the lack of post.

I can remember when Ventura first went on sale, at the time we were what I considered 'loyal customers' and we received bu**er all from P&O, nothing changes apparently.
