Re: The Children's Off Topic Thread
No rabbit in the trap again but we have caught a suicidal rat who was trying to nick the food on the bird feeder. Anyone want to see a photo ?

The early bird might get the worm, but it's the SECOND mouse wot gets the cheese!

Re: The Children's Off Topic Thread
Our previous cats could here the cheese wrapper from a thousand paces. You would think they were asleep, but as soon as you start on the cheese you would turn around and they would be at your heels looking up all hopefully.

You're obviously a soft touch Stephen, at least where your pets are concerned.

Re: The Children's Off Topic Thread
Yes. But not any more as far as cheese is concerned. Our current moggy only gets his own food. What he's never had he'll never miss.

Double yellow lines. We may as well get rid of them in our town.

Re: The Children's Off Topic Thread
Tried hammering a spike into the ground for a new Bribantia rotary washing line. Failed miserably after following their instructions. Spike head now knackered
The size of this thing, it looks more like it should be supporting a BT mast.
Now dug out hole ready to cement new spike in tomorrow.
