P and O Calender

#1

Post by Whynd1 »

I am happy to report that I have finally received the 2019 calender. Inside was a note of apology
Unfortunately a small number of guests were missed off the original dispatch list. Those issues have been investigated and resolved.

Better late than never !!

Hope you'll get compo on your next cruise! You've missed nearly a month. That's about 8% I reckon. :) :)

I have also received my calendar today, without having to chase them for it.

It seems very top heavy with photos of Norway

Lindsey, I think it was more than 'a small number of guests' involved. I go on to 3 different PO ships facebook pages and there were quite a lot of people on each one saying they hadn't received theirs. Hopefully we might all receive next years by the middle of December 2019.

I won't know until we return home if we have also received one, but since we never had one before and don't receive a magazine either I suspect it will be no.

I meant 8% off the next cruise! Did you not get a copy of Cubie's Cut and Paste Complaint and Compo letter? :sarcasm:

Feeling rather smug, I had my calender well before Christmas.
Don't worry, be happy
