Can I butt in?
I noticed the earlier post about trains from Civitavecchia and just wanted to let people know about this:
http://www.smartcruisetours.com/index.p ... gory_id=20
I haven't used them myself yet but they get really good reviews on Cruise Critic and Trip Advisor.

I've booked them for when we're there in July, which also means that Mark can get his own Vatican yearbook so you don't need to look for one now!

Just joined this community, having booked during this last week. We had to wait until hubby given the all clear from Drs tests. So we can count down as well and look forward to some good weather (hopefully).
No idea where I add pictures etc. Help please! Like the smilies.

I'm on the cruise as well and will also be staying at the Premier Inn West Quay. This will be my fourth time on Azura, looking forward to Sindhu and the Glass House again! A friend of mine from this site is also on the cruise, and she will be along to post before too long....I hope!Phantom menace wrote:10 weeks! Wow it's the final countdown. Just need to think about any excursions we may book. Who else is travelling the day before? We're going to the premier inn at west quay so even less time until we're on holiday.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned/noticed a couple of extra excursions have been added. At la Coruna Lunch with Atul Kochhar and at Valencia wine tasting with Olly Smith. You need to booked in advance. Its not for us, children not allowed.

I am that friend that Lizzie refers to We have done one or two other memorable cruises together before........... The highest bidder will get all the salacious details!!
I am not sure how many I have done now on Azura but probably this will be my 6th? She is a lovely ship and I am really looking forward to being on her again.
Maybe we will all meet at some point? It's great putting names to faces.
Bye for now

Have started to get ready, bought some of those plastic label holders mentioned on other threads, as we are getaway we will not get the tours book or labels and don't fancy messing around with a stapler and cellotape.
I have booked the tour with Olly Smith can cope with the wine tasting , but don't fancy the fish market, but will definitely book Sindhu and looking forward to that. Is there anyway to book dining before the cruise?
Anna

Hi, we are on this one too! A real treat after just being back a few weeks, but the getaway deal was good and the dates fitted in really well for us.
Anna regarding booking the select dining before the cruise, I believe you can pre-pay through the cruise Personaliser but you are unable to state a date/time until you are onboard. I did read how someone did pay upfront ready for a special meal for their anniversary, and when she got onboard was unable to have the night she wanted. I would rather book and pay onboard. We were last on Azura in February and there was no problem booking either XVII or Sindhu, infact they were walking around on deck, in the buffet and even the MDR in the evening trying to get bookings.
