Canada cruise sept 2019
Booked suite e185 , 2 years prior to deptature to celebrate anniversary , on sailing across Atlantic suite suffered server vibrations , you couldn't even lay on the bed , or stand up to have a wash or shave. Canapés when delivered had to stay on the bed , otherwise they would have finished up on the floor. Loaned another cabin in the middle of the ship so we could sleep at night. All this was repeated on the sailing home and another cabin loaned for sleeping , meant we where wandering the decks with night ware , whilst in in evening ware

Which ship was this?
Assume Arcadia. We have had E180 for many, many nights and had no problem. I wonder what’s happened.

Very strange. I have had cabins/suites at the back of Arcadia several times and never experienced anything like that - even crossing that Atlantic.
Also our neighbours were on this cruise and not a mention of such extreme weather conditions.
If it was such a problem you could have always declined the canapés - they are not that good anyway (apart from the chocolate dipped strawberries)
