P&O have been unable to secure enough flights to the Caribbean because the ships based there are so enormous.
They have contracted out to a company based in Malta who are basically a plane hire company.
Gatwick and Manchester affected.
Haven’t seen much in the way of reviews yet.
Their obligation as part of the package is to get passengers there.
It doesn’t specify who with.
I’m aware that some are unhappy but they’d be more unhappy if P&O cancelled the holiday due to lack of flight capacity.
Empty vessels .. and all that

And, hopefully, back again (unless it is repositioning)

From information I have seen the Maleth Aero flights have no inflight entertainment and no Premium seating.
I gather it is causing some unrest.
I would not want to do a 9 hour flight in cattle class.
