That's interesting because somewhere along the line I read it could not be downloaded to a desktop. Tbh I prefer working from my desktop rather than using the phone.
Check what My Google says, he says to use Microsoft store, (which probably operates just like Google play) so check if stockperks is available that way, he also tells you how to download Apps which are not in microsoft store.
