Trays were always thoroughly machine washed and dried, so just as hygienic as the crockery, and a much safer way to carry red hot crockery. However we are are coping, but would like to see more coffee service trolleys than the 2 they currently use, they could learn from Princess who have about 12-15 waiters serving coffee, tea, water and juices at breakfast in the buffet

What would bother me is if one is alone - if you get up to return to the buffet for your next course or whatever, someone else comes along and 'bags' your table, or an over - zealous waiter clears away your unfinished meal
