Apart from a quick look at the news we rarely turn it on. We can watch telly at home.

Apart from a peek at the ships position we don't either. It use to be handy for checking your account but now they've done away with that and with the limited channels it's just something to glam up the cabin details.
Now if you were interested in sport Stephen then you would find that having Sky Sports News was a reason to put your cabin TV on. :sarcasm:

I despair!!!! Maybe if we we are ever on the same cruise I might be able to re-educate you to appreciate the finer arts of football, although 14 days is probably not enough to cure a lifetime's neglect. :sarcasm:

We love Aurora too. I know all our needs are different John and I understand yours - even if it is just to inflict pain on yourself. But I hate the trend to big tellies in the cabin. For us they're just an ugly big black hole for most of the time, usually replacing a nice picture. 22" is enough for anyone (well most anyway) in that small space. IMO.
After 14 days in the same cabin looking at the tripe that P&O put on the cabin walls, even the test card would be better than that, now if it was a Canalletto that might be different. And since we need an accessible cabin and prefer C Deck and because the shower controls are different handed, we only have 2 cabins to choose from, which means I have had to look at the same damned painting most cruises for our 10 or 12 P&O cruises we have taken over the last 9 years, after that even a blank TV screen is better.
IYO! :sarcasm:

You're right Merv, and with the expected 50% reduction in water charges after having a meter installed. Now why didn't I think of that,
Oh I just remembered I am Yorkshireman with short arms and deep pockets.

Well hello everyone, I do hope you all had a good Easter, I had a nice hot sunny week at the coast and just returned home,. A quick round the garden with the watering can for the plants that were gasping, weed and feed on the lawn and half an hour later it rained, happy me.
Don't worry, be happy

Thunder storms here. It must have been the result of Towny reaching for his wallet! :sarcasm:
