We have a cloudless sky but I don't think it will last. I'm at the Oval, which normally guarantees that it will rain.

Warm and sunny here, for a change, and not looking bad for the rest of the week.

I was very close to telling a non-mask wearing woman almost in my shopping basket at checkout today to f*ck off out of my personal space. She would have been uncomfortably close in normal times. What's the point? She couldn't check out till I'd finished.

And all you get is a load of abuse because the stupid out there can’t see they are in the wrong.

I always go in first to the checkout with the trolley behind making my space so customers like that do not have have a choice , the customer in front I keep my space from them anyhow.

I got a whole day of cricket yesterday with no interruptions because of the weather. First time in about 2 years. A smashing day and Surrey won as well.

Today we have another blue sky, with fluffy bits.

A weather photo was shown on the 12.55 BBC weather report sent in from Scotland, sent in by Happydays. Now, was this our Happydays or an impostor?

Took the plunge yesterday and went with chums to a popular Sea Food Restaurant in Poole.

Being a pig hungry I opted for a ' whole ' Lobster Thermador. Half for this year and half for last

Good start Moby, we have also ventured out for the first time taking lunch at a local country pub. Picked two days which were sunny so we could sit outside in comfort. Not ready yet to eat inside although we do have theater tickets for 'Looking good dead' during October.

The Kings Arms Hotel, part of the Holiday Property Bond portfolio. A.k.a The Drover's Arms in the original All Ceatures Great and Small on tv. Staying for a long weekend.
