I'm on this cruise too, accompanied by Ms. B. 2nd time on Azura for us.

There are three ships in Southampton on 19th April, so it might be a bit hectic with the roadworks. At least Southampton are playing away on that date.

Ms. B has declared my tropicsl shirt too outrageous for public display, Methinks she is in for a shock!!!

Hi everyone

I am posting this on both threads.

Only 14 days to go.

Keep an eye on here for meeting updates. I shall be contacting the ship soon and I am looking to arrange a meeting on the first sea day. I shall post details here and ask that it be put in the Horizon.

As I have groups in a number of places I am going to use the name 'P&O Internet Community' I will ask for that to go in the Horizon.

More news later.

Dai

Sorted.

We have had conformation that we have our room booked for our meeting on the first sea day on Azura. We will be in the Karmala Room which is on F deck between Brodie's and the Playhouse Theatre. Just in front of the forward staircase and lifts. Our meet is set for 11.00 on the 20th and we are on the Starboard side. That's to the right looking forward.

News of the get together will be in the Horizon for that day hopefully under the heading "P&O Internet Community"

It will be great to see everyone there.

If you had forgot it is only 10 to go :) :) :)

Well it's all over and we are back home.. apart from Mr & Mrs Dai Gan Canny who stopped on for the
next 7 nighter... Was great to meet The Gan Cannies, Mr & Mrs Old Blue Fox and also Michelle W and Billy :D :D

We enjoyed the trip very much but we thought the Azura was not really the ship for us. Lots of facilities most of
which we did not use.. I misssed my promenade deck more than I thought I would..

Anyway thats all for now folks.. Roll on the next cruise August on the Oceana E422

Cheers

Ah, well, it was worth a try, PTS. With that in mind, we'll stay away and stick to the ones we know.

Hi Kaymar

Would definitely sail on Azura again if the deal and itinerary were good. The food on board in the MDR with the new plated
style was some of the best we have had recently..

It's just that as we are boring old cruisers and creatures of habit we like prom decks that wrap round and Andersons
bars for an after dinner tipple..hic

Hi Popeye,

Hope you both had a good journey home. You obviously managed all the suitcases for the self-disembarkation, as we saw you disappearing off in search of your car just as we got to the office!

Lovely to meet you both - enjoy Oceana in August.

Hi Michelle and Billy

Lovely to meet you too, cant believe we are home and it is all over. We managed with our bags, what a good thing we went for self
disembarkation, we were home for 12.30 a record for us, no hold ups either.

Hope to see you again sometime.

CMG and Popeye
