We are booked onto this Western Med cruise. Quite a wait till we go but hopefully it will soon pass.
We are a family of 3 with our daughter Ella who will be aged 10 when we set sail.

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy, we're on 517 too. Booked on day 1 to get cabin and bed configuration for us and our 12 year old son. Mrs Gouty was keen to try Britannia in her maiden year. We cruised on Ventura in her first summer (our first cruise) and were impressed with the amount of varied entertainment on offer - a variety we have not experienced since, so we are hoping for a repeat of the extra effort!

Hi Gouty-man,

We booked first day too as we wanted to get a particular cabin and location. Never been on Ventura but have been on Azura a couple of times. We loved that so hopefully we will love Britannia also.

Attention everybody on B517!!! There are four large ships in Southampton on 15th August, giving a "port load" of very nearly 14000 people (both disembarking and boarding). I have experienced heavy port days and the consequent traffic problems before so will be giving myself PLENTY of extra time for the drive down. You might want to think about doing the same...just don't tell the passengers on the other ships!!

Hi gouty-man,

Thanks for the info. We are getting the coach down so not so much of a problem for us thankfully.

Andy
