There's a thread about it on Cruise Critic, something about the next sailing being delayed in order for the ship to have a deep clean.

There was a thread on P and O Facebook page from someone sailing today who was unable to embark until 2pm due to the ship undergoing a deep clean.

But bear in mind that however deeply they clean her, the first passenger to get on board who either a) lies on their health declaration form or b) has been in contact with it and doesn't yet know will re-introduce it. There's a lot of it about in the UK at the moment and many people don't realise they are still infectious until up to 48 hours after the symptoms go. The best protection in to assume it is on board be scrupulous about personal hygiene - most importantly thorough and frequent hand washing.
