It's our 48th wedding anniversary today due to the restrictions it's going to be a Chinese take-away and a bottle of wine :lol:
Last year we were on a cruise to Australia oh dear how things change :crazy:

What is the 48th denoted by ... it's not the Pearl nor the Diamond, could it possibly be the ' Tiger's Eye ' ;)

Mr Google could not find one for the UK, but Feldspar and Amethyst seem to be popular elsewhere.

Hasn't been too bad here weather wise, although if you believed the weather forecast on the BBC you wouldn't have risked going outside but I have taken our dog out for two walks through the woods and on the field :angel:

It is blowing a gale here and bucketing it down, and due to get worse overnight, if you believe the Beeb forecast.

This is the last real tree we bought. We put it in the garden some years ago and got an artificial one. I've trimmed it several times to stop it getting too big!

Extending trimming gubbins and a ladder. The trunk is a good 6 inches diameter so a ladder leans against it very securely.
