After having our booked cabin removed from us we are now on a guarantee basis and awaiting re-allocation! Anyone else on for a New Years Eve Party?

Out of interest why was it removed?

We booked onboard a previous cruise we asked for inside availability and were actively encouraged to book a mobility accessible cabin, even before we had left the ship the Disability customer services had emailed our TA saying we couldn't have the cabin and were being placed on Guarantee!

A week later when we received a copy of the email we weren't very happy, the FC assistant onboard must have known this would happen and she could clearly see we didn't need a mobility accessible cabin. We were going to book anyway and had she said there were no available insides we may well have upgraded so ultimately they lost revenue! But created a bad taste at the time!

Anyone else joining our merry group?

We are giving Freedom Dining a try on this cruise, although apparently we have to book a time for NYE, can anyone who has done NYE before advise how this works.
