Anyone out there with any experience or knowledge of HC cabins on the Azura?
All the H? Balcony cabins are identical in size, the only difference is location, midship cabins are higher grades, and mid fwd/aft are next best, and ful fwd/aft are considered least preferred.
If you check out the deck plans on line or a brochure, you will see how P&O grade each location.

We’ve got c deck balcony on Ventura in June.
We also have a C deck balcony booked for June Canaries cruise and the 7 night Cruise calling at Porto.

Just hope they are not being used as isolation cabins. We had same cabin booked for September but P & O cancelled the cabin and moved us to R deck. They told us it was an upgrade. We had strong words and cancelled the cruise and transferred to Iona.

As we are due to pay for this cruise soon I have just written to them asking them to confirm that the cabin we booked is available.
Hi Sue.
I take it the June cruise is on the 4th.?

We are also on Iona on 24 September.

Will be interested to know what P&Os reply will be.?
Mel not a great response. We will contact you nearer the time as although these cabins are still being used for isolation cabins we do not know if they will be by June.” We decided to re book our cabins to forward of the aft fire doors so as not to risk being dumped on lido deck under the buffet and next to the laundry.

I am going to write further asking for the reimbursement of the cost of our upgraded cabin if the isolation area is still in place when we cruise. There words were we will upgrade you free of charge and the cabin will be an enhancement to your holiday.

Their words. Obviously never been on Ventura to compare lido deck to C deck.

Thanks Sue.

I spoke to the girl at Bolsover last week regarding our concerns. She told me that there are cabins on C deck that they are not allowed to book now. We have C61*, she seems to think it will be safe. We will see.!
