If people feel that the cause is right and want to protest then the organisers of these events should ask for an attendance fee which covers the cost of policing…if the costs are not met then organisers should be made to make up the shortfall.

We now live in a polarised society where cultural division grows ever stronger ... .There was a time when this country had three distinct cultures…we now have in the region of twenty so it's not surprising we have those of extremes wanting to push their political agendas onto our streets.

I’m not sure this is the kind of democracy we need or want imo.

He is now saying that the mandate will come at the next general election - good luck with that as the SNP have found out.
