On-board TV survey

I have just received an e-mail link to a P&O survey about in-cabin television services.

I have completed it because I am a good public-spirited fellow and like to help (!) but, good grief, surely there are more importance aspects of a P&O cruise to address.

Talk about getting your priorities wrong !

Not necessarily. If, and I stress IF, they are looking at a totally new TV system then getting the views of past passengers will help in the process.

Also it may be one of the items that has been complained/commented about in the end of cruise survey.

We don't go on a cruise to watch TV. We may, just may, watch a presentation by a guest lecturer, that we missed live, on the in cabin TV, BUT, no update will ever encourage us to watch television on board,
whatever they upgrade to, and I'm sure that there are limitations, in that respect, reception etc.

I hope they send me that survey.

Have not had the e-mail but would say that hubbys health means some days we do watch TV on board. I'm sure there are other cruisers "in the same boat" if you will excuse the pun.

Those of us with a sporting interest like to have a good sports channel available, so if they send me the survey I will be asking for the Sky sports news channel, which we get on Celebrity.

As you should, if that is what makes your holiday ... It could be offered as a chargeable extra like wifi ... Can you also put in a request for Playboy channel

Completed the survey yesterday.I doubt P&O will like my comments as I never watch TV on holiday!

I only watched the ship/mast cam thing

We do not normally watch the TV as such when on holiday but I do like to look at the ship's information (where we are, speed, weather, etc.), will quite often watch the port talks if I have not been to the "live" version, possibly have the news on in the background or watch a film if it is something that I find interesting - particularly if the weather is inclement (cos you can never get a seat anywhere in the public rooms unless you reserve it with a book at the crack of dawn )

That must be new Foxy they only had Sky news on back in October.
