Britannia TV system.
Hi all. Can anyone tell me if you be able to see your accounts & be able to order room service & order breakfast etc. on the TV as you can on celebrity cruises. Thanks David.

I would expect you will be able to view your on board accout on the tv, just as you can on Azura/Ventura, not sure about room service but you can always use the phone.

Yes, I know but they never seem to understand what I say on the phone which is always a problem for me.that's why I asked the Question. None of the P&O ships had this system that I've been on

Azura and Ventura certainly have interactive tv systems that can do stuff like that. I would assume Britannia will have the latest available technology.

On Azura you can certainly order breakfast (I have done it) and I am fairly sure to can order room service too.

I can second what David as stated. We have ordered both breakfast and room service via the Azura TV.

We ordered room service lunch via our TV on Ventura in September, very impressed at speed of delivery.
