For whatever reason today smiley's have a mind of their own. All was ok this morning.
If I place my cursor where I want to place a smiley, as soon as I post it sends the smiley to the beginning of the post, as you can see.

Not sure what's happened to yours. Mine seems to be working fine.
Maybe it's because you are clicking on full editor after typing your message?

I only have jumping smiley trouble on my tablet. On my PC they behave all the time

Nope, in full editor view, and it's still doing it.
