Did you know that La Rambla in Barcelona is actually 2km long!

If you’ve visited the city, let us know what you loved most?

I doubt it will ever be finished, it sort of loses its tourist appeal if it's finished.

The Merced and the street artists on Las Ramblas although there seems to be fewer of them over the past few years.

Last time in Barcelona must be 38ish years ago.
It would have to be a visit to the La Sagrada Familia. We climbed one of the towers to the top, looking down people looked like ants and there was not much of the interior built. Seeing how far it's come, I would love to now go inside. Climbing a tower again is out of the question.
It's a lovely City.
Don't worry, be happy

The church ain't bad and I enjoyed the Ramblas but the Nou Camp is best, it's positively amazing. It's nearly as amazing as Selhurst Park but not quite. :D

There is so much to see, do and eat .... a Hotel break rather than a Cruise stop is the best option so ideally look for a Cruise ( with extra nights ) that kicks off in Barcelona.
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being

One reason we love cruising is the quick one day visits that give you a taste or not for returning. I'd certainly go back for a short break in Barcelona or Oporto and it was a call at Madeira that has led to now going twice a year. Other places 8 hours is more than enough.
