that that games like wordle and others would have to be posted in the games folder so why does wordle keep occurring in the main menu and often removing interesting items in the process

I suspect you have site bookmarked to open at 'recent topics' ( I do anyway).

So unless you are a very new member - everything shows - even the (to some) less relevant.


BUT, that said , when I looked at the games etc section - there's loads of games that don't appear on the recent topics list - at least 4 since the Wordle post!!

Shamed today Meg, just managed a 'phew' took all 6 guesses. When you have guessed five letters and there's just one left sometimes it's pure guesswork. I had three possibles, guessed wrongly twice. I'd forgotten how satisfying it is when you at least only take three guesses, two is even better.

I use Active Topics as my home page on the forum, which seems to keep me abreast of current posts as well.
