John.
Go to Gallery, and there should be one set up for you.
Click on this, and there is an option to upload.

Re: Photos
I don't know how you store your photos John but if you use Picasa you can reduce the file size by exporting the photo. Export allows you to choose the pixel size and quality of the pic.
I'm sure other photo sharing sites offer the same option but I'm only really familiar with Picasa.

To insert a picture this way, I assume it has to have a web address (as opposed to uploading from one's own computer files)?Delboy wrote:david63 wrote:Or you can use the [img] tags to include a photo within a post

Romig yes it was from my photo sharing site, and this is the nearest I can get at the moment, also at the 175th

Re: Photos
Just doing a test myself

It took me a few goes to get this to work with picasa. With picasa there is a set of options in the right hand margin
1. click on 'link to this photo
2. select the 'image only (no link)' checkbox
3. grab the url from the 'embed image' textbox
4. paste the url between the image tags

Re: Photos
If in doubt upload it to your Image Gallery and then use the ' Album ' option to include the pic in your post
Keep smiling, it's good for your well being
