Evening all. As a Pleasant(?) change from the rain we have had so much of recently, it's snowing hard here now.

Well just in case I don't have time to post tomorrow, in between snow clearing and loading the car, I will now rush off ahead and take over the lead for the next 4 weeks, after all I will be travelling faster and further than the rest of you.

Right, drive cleared of a couple of inches of snow, luggage packed into car which is now back in garage keeping warm, and only need to tidy round the kitchen before we are ready for the off about 10:30. Looking forward to a leisurely drive down to Southampton with no hold ups for snow, accidents or road works.
Probably about as much chance of that as winning the lottery.
See you back here in mid February.

Premier Inn free wi-fi means I am still able to keep a beedy eye on you all, so best behave yourself till noon tomorrow. However Lady T is not happy about waiting until 3:30 check in time, she wants to know why it needs to be any different to normal, especially for wheelchair users, so it looks as though we are going to find out how P&O deal with disabled early arrivals, exciting time eh!!!
