This HP printer has been the best I have ever had, very crisp clear prints and excellent photos, not had any problems until now in the 4 years we have had it. Bugger, I just went through the cradle cleaning process explained to me by the HP tech line and tried a black only copy and it printed perfectly. Then tried one from the laptop which failed, tried another black copy and that failed, tried another clean then tried again with no success, so it looks like a trip to Currys will ne needed after all.

Haha - Stephen reminded me of a trip to the dentist some years ago. I had an anaesthetic and a filling. Duly went off to a retirement lunch, quaffed the champers and the next thing I remember is passing out!! Got to go home early though as a bonus!
