Not for me. Done the Caribbean once, probably won't do it again. Too hot for me, flight too long and if you've seen one sandy island you've seen them all.

Wish all our snow had thawed but it is starting to rain hopefully that will get rid of it!
On a happier note for us it's six weeks today until our Caribbean cruise

We have to wait till Feb for ours, but it's a 5 wk cruise and includes 5 US ports as well as 5 Caribbean ports and 2 overnight stays in New Orleans and Charleston, and we are booked on the 4 week one again in 2019, which might have to be our last worldwide trip unless they extend annual policies to those over 75.

So jealous John - I did a 35 night cruise to the Caribbean which included overnight in New Orleans plus Florida Keys, the Everglades, Canaveral and Charleston plus Caribbean islands - I'm sure you will have an amazing time.

Morning everyone on this last day of 2017. Anyone partying tonight, or like us it'll be feet up in front of the telly and probably won't bother seeing the new year in. Although we are normally woken with various fireworks

going off so that is not strictly true.

We have tickets bought for a BYOB and nibbles at the town hall. There are going to be approx 12-14 people in our group. Tickets sell out quickly it's usually a good night out...... Well just had a call from my sister we've to be there about 8.30pm

For us this morning. I had a reminder of how horrible a hangover is last New Year.
I didn't take much booze up to the hall my theory was if I didn't have it we couldn't drink it! Sometimes you don't realize how much you've had until it's too late, you just dancing and having fun then bam
