In some areas moss on a roof can be a big problem and it should deffo be removed, however, a copper pipe running along the apex of the roof is a far better plan than power hosing it cos the latter can result in damage to the tiles / slabs …. :wave:

They're roof was no better or worse than anyone elses and certainly hadn't any moss. I reckon he had cleaned for cosmetic reasons.

There are a few near here had that done and the bungalows are only ten years old! made very little difference just cosmetic. Must have more money than sense ;)
