Not joking, but at least it's only cosmetic, just a gouge and paint loss from the wrap around section of the rear bumper. needing a small amount of filler, and a bit of respraying: but I expect a bill of around £100 or so from a local body shop - or probably double that if I took it to the main dealership!

NSAM, is it metallic or solid paint? Metallic is a bind to blend in properly.

Metallic - so it will need a bigger area sprayed to blend it in properly - hence the expected cost
