Our garden bin is brown. Also takes kitchen waste. Recycling is grey. General is grey with a blue lid.

Gosh this is the most exciting thing I've done today.

I know, I've just had to go and change my underwear due to all this excitement.

I checked my council website Moby and they are due to empty my brown bin on Tuesday, I just need to empty all, or as many as will fit, of my gardeners black sacks into before then.
We also have a brown bin for gardening matter … does anyone have a different colour I wondered ?

ps ... I have assumed that your gardener is Mrs 44 ;)
Sadly not since her stroke Moby, but prior to that I could hardly get her to come in to eat, she enjoyed it so much.

My wife just came rushing in and told me to get back on that cruise site I use(this one) as Twitter is going mad about it.
My God, just caught up, the excitement, and that is before the subject of embellishments applied to the bins even.
This is the place to be in troubling times.

Nearly 10 years ago now Ray, and although she can walk a little way in the house but only slowly and getting less, she relies heavily on me for most things, and would be unable to look after herself.
But we still hope to be able to enjoy a few more cruises once this virus is beaten.

I hope we can all enjoy a few cruises after this....

By the way we have bright blue bins for recycling... I’m bored now and it’s only been 5 days 😱🙁

Lovely morning but cold.

Did we all remember to put our clocks forward.

I wish they would just leave them on one or the other winter or summer times. I believe there was talk of that happening some time ago.

I quite like the clocks being moved in Spring and Autumn, but I do object to having snow showers at the start of British Summer Time. :(

It's been hail showers on and off from mid-day here with high winds, although I could have sworn it was snowing out front and hail out back. Bloomin cold too.

What an exciting life you live Merv, if we all lived closer, Stephen and myself could pop around to watch in the garden chairs whilst sharing a bottle
