Cruise personaliser

Unread post by Queasy »

Anyone having a problem with access to the cruise personalised this morning ?
I was on earlier and then it timed out saying my login token had expired.
Now I cannot access my booking either by logging in to my account or by booking reference.
Also my cruise is no longer showing in my account.
Is this another example of the website's flakiness?

I believe that in the business these are known as "features" :sarcasm:

Could be Alan ... one thing to try is to clear your cache and cookies and see if that helps (remember this will log you out of most sites that you may expect to remain logged in to, so make sure you know those passwords :) ).

Thanks ken I had already tried your suggestions and an alternate browser.
It's a pain as I want to check the times of excursions on an upcoming cruise and you can only check on these by going part way through the booking process.
I'll just have to wait !

Good to hear ... possibly a weekend glitch fixed by the first person in this morning ;)
Given that P&O operate a 24 hour service on their cruise ships you sort of think that they really need to ensure a 24 hours service in their data centres? Maybe they do, maybe they don't but somethings seem to happen to them at weekends that don't get fixed until Monday?

Could it be that these things are maintained from the States and it is a time difference/communication issue? - not that that is a valid excuse

I expect they'll blame it on the wind since it's not the forum's fault any more

Possibly maintenance  I was trying to access my Cunard personaliser for most of the day yesterday and couldn't, I finally managed at around 10.00pm last night but at least I got a message that came up to tell me I couldn't access 'at the moment'.
