SUBJECT HEADINGS
Personally, I think the boldly printed subject headings should be removed from the indivdual replies.

They can be useful when a thread goes way off topic and you are on page 15 or more.

The size of the response is generally dictated by the size of the avatar and the information that goes with it therefore the subject heading will normally not make much of a difference to the size of the response.
