Wearing masks all the time

Filling out forms

Having Covid tests

Paying for excursion to go ashore :sarcasm:

We are now in Florida for a few days having sailed across with Princess. Masks were only required when actually moving about the ship. Once you were sat down they were not necessary and never on the balcony.

I haven’t filled out any forms yet.

Going ashore was free to roam in the Azores, Antigua and St Maarten. All that stuff that you are worried about is in the past.

Here in Florida masks are very rare amongst the public and I have never felt safer. The staff in hotels and some bars wear them but they are not compulsory for shops or restaurants.

Meanwhile back home, our 9 year old grandson went down with Covid last Wednesday for an evening but was soon running around jumping on the furniture. The other four members of the household are all negative.

It’s wonderful to be back travelling and we have enjoyed sitting outside in the warmth having breakfast or a few drinks.
