All sorted - I now have access to my Cruise Personaliser, how long for remains to be seen.
After much huffing and puffing and blaming my computer/browser it turns out that my date of birth was wrong on file - it had, since the last cruise, changed by a day hence it did not recognise me when I tried to log in.
Now if I was a cynic I might be temped to say that there was some underhand dealings going on because as we all know nothing changes in the "My account" details by itself - unless it is mailing options and ...
