We are on the Baltic cruise on Adonia in September and have just received notificaton from P&O that our visit to Kiel will arrive the evening before we were due to dock so we may like to go ashore that evening. Is there anything to see within walking distance of the port which would make it worth going ashore? Not sure exactly what time we are scheduled to be there - or why it's happened but would be interested in any thoughts. It is the evening of the day we will have done the Kiel Canal transit.
