We are doing a Caribbean cruise and would appreciate any advice about the organised excursions. In particular trips worth doing, good value and ones to avoid.

It is very easy to DIY in the Caribbean and most taxi's will do the same/similar tours as the ship for half the cost.
As David says if you tell us which islands you are visiting I'm sure there will be a wealth of knowledge on here just waiting to give you some ideas.
