You seem to be looking for an argument Richard. Are you by any chance related to a Mr Kane who frequented here.

Dennis has written a book (no I have not read it). He is trying to sell it where he can. What's the problem?

I must confess to not knowing or having any relationship to your Mr Kane. I'm definitely my own man.

Neither do I have any issue with Dennis trying to sell his book. The point I made was, having read the OP, and sailed with two of the three Cunard ships in the last 4 months, I saw no evidence of the book on QM2 or Queen Elizabeth's book shelves.

Thanks for the link though. A fair cross section of reviews on Amazon.

But as one said, not my cup of tea: not even on my 'free' Prime Kindle programme.
