I may eat healthily and have a strawberry jam sandwich with the chocolate (made from beans). Well that's two of my five a day. Three glasses of grape wine later will finish the job.

Clearly how you've managed to reach such a ripe old age whilst still having the appearance of an 85 year old

I know. It takes years off me.

Why are we doing all the heavy lifting today? Where are all the shirkers and scroungers? Has the world ended and we missed it?

Probably because you are bored and I am doing anything I can to avoid preparing for a meeting tomorrow !

Yep - and I am convincing myself I do not need to go shopping until Saturday - hence eating the rubbish left in the cupboard!

You could scrape up all the dross from the back of the shelf, add water and it would probably taste much the same !

What size portion are you using? Batchelor's minestrone has 1.5g fat and 1.39g salt, Ainsley Herriot Countrystyle Shropshire Pea has 2g fat and 1.48g salt per portion :o

I cant believe I have retrieved the packet out of the bin for this!!!

It was made by Symingtons - 55g packet which equates to 100g made up and consumed - fat is 0.4g and Salt 0.60g - so maybe not too bad.

Could not stomach Shropshire pea or minestrone - not my cup a soup!!!

I actually haven't had any for a few weeks! I've got a couple of packets in my desk drawer left over from whenever...

Anyway, I do not have a fetish for the stuff.

Now, chocolate and red wine - that's another matter!!
