Keeping on topic..............
Hi Everyone,
Yesterday we seemed to have a lot of activity on the forum, most of it off topic. Since one of the aims of the forum is to pass on information and to allow discussion of a range of topics it is important not to stray too far away from the topic title.
Whilst I welcome a little bit of banter (and hold my hands up that I am as guilty at times as others) too much may discourage others from posting and we need to be careful that it does not get out of hand. Consequently, may I ask that you reserve extensive banter for LOTP and keep on topic in other areas. Hopefully we can retain our reputation of being a friendly forum whilst, at the same time encouraging others to post.
I regret posts will be deleted if we feel the situation is getting out of hand.
Kind regards to you all
Foxymod

We are grateful to those who do post and keep the forum going but by keeping on topic hopefully we can encourage more to join in.

I thought we were doing pretty well at keeping on, or at least close to, the topic of going off topic

How do you pronounce that? Is it Boasteriskasteriskocks or Bostarstarocks?

I got AM's "bear of little brain" bit (without even having to resort to Mr Google !) but yours is way too subtle for me.
