They do, though in the steerage cabins it's barely big enough...

She's right Cubie. What's worse we Mediterranean under plebs get them too. You need to ring your mate Edgers again and demand Compo.qbman1 wrote:What is the world coming to ? It's ruined my life !

I'm not arguing - we are still going though the blue ones at home. Mrs C probably has a cupboard full of white ones in reserve !

Why not make a gesture and send them to dear old Carol Marlow in her retirement home ?!
By the way, have you noticed that if you go into the P&O site through Mr Google's tender guidance, then the fragrant Carol is still listed as CEO on the info panel ?

Perhaps we were misled about her departure? Or maybe the IT department have screwed up? No surely not....

That's heresy - suggesting that dear old P&O's IT is not up to standard.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
Merv/QB have you done a Thomson cruise?......no but you are both experts
see I have done the old snobs cruise line of choice and can speak from experience
you would be surprised just how may ex Pando customers go on Thomson and vice versa, so your oh so funny quips about chips on shoulders works equally well for both cruise lines
the main difference between Thomson and pando is that Thomson cruisers are not desperate to be seen as something they are not ,unlike Pando cruisers who think they are special ,rather than just special needs, when we all know mass market is mass market, regardless of the name on the ship.........eejits

I have - although it was branded as Airtours then - the year before the Thomson name was painted on.

Re: Last One to Post Wins
I have done three Thomson cruises Batty and thoroughly enjoyed them all particularly the Red Sea trip - the itinerary was amazing - I will never forget the visit to Petra - that stands out as one of my favourite places. The only criticism I had was the cabin which was a single and down in the bowels of the ship and a bit noisy but I spent very little time in there - food, entertainment and friendliness of crew equal to any other shop I've been on. Reason I don't travel with them now is I prefer travelling out of Southampton if at all possibleDark Knight wrote:Merv/QB have you done a Thomson cruise?......no but you are both experts

Jan, as always you can be relied on to have an objective well informed opinion unlike Laurel and Hardy.
