It's shocking how many cars were on the roads this morning with no lights, or very dim parking lights. Don't drivers realise that, from a couple of hundred yards, they're practically invisible?

It makes you wonder - yesterday OH said 2 cars overtook him on the Moors when there was virtually no visibility!
