Has the P&O website logon period been changed? I logged on to check the CP this morning and left the CP page open, Lo & behold I am still logged in at 5:30pm, is this new or was it only the community forum that logged you out after about 20 minutes!!!

Anyone else having problems getting into their CP?

I keep getting a message which reads ""You're authentication token has expired. Value 19/01/2013 14:02:00 compared against 20/01/2013 14:44:34"

I was in there yesterday, but suspect I got logged out whilst in the CP.
Romig that's the message I've just been getting but with different dates and I have tried to get in via an email from P&O informing me my cruise personaliser is available for a cruise I've just booked on Friday. Tried getting in via my account - my cruises - suddenly it allowed me in - very temperamental!

Just like the cruise forum was.... If I was their Head of IT I would be asking serious questions about the stability and integrity of the site.

I was able to access my information last night for a cruise next month but today it is saying that it is down for essential maintenance.
Not sure if this is what's affecting other people.

P&O seems to be having problems with the CP again, it is very slow to access and while trying to print my e-ticket I get a "temporary issue please try later" message, I hope the problem does not last as long as the Forum issue. :x

Eventually managed to print our e-tickets but the P&O cruise personaliser is pathetically slow. :problem:

Which just goes to show that it was not the Forum which caused the issues, that was just an excuse to get rid of it. they have a more serious issue!
