I have been busy for the last week, (perhaps someone missed me LOL) our daughter was here for a visit. She is now staying with her brother until Monday then she has booked a trip to Uganda to go and see the gorillas in their natural habitat and lots more to see there as well it should be a great trip!
We leave tomorrow for the Regal Princess cruise New York and Canada. I shall be following Arcadia

I've got everything packed and printed I hope!!

As our resident expert on the Beeb, why is it that Leeds Look North cannot yet be broadcast in HD?
Presumably some of the old programmes and films were not filmed in HD, but they are still broadcast on the HD channnel, why can't they do the same for Look North.

Don't know. Of course though the old shows are shown on HD they weren't made in HD so it's a bit of a con. However it may be a transmission issue on the regional split and another bright govt idea was to stop the BBC owning its transmitters. But if ITV can do it.......
