What is the point of being miffed unless this is a result of a change since you booked. If not you should have considered this before booking.

We'll be between Lisbon and La Coruna on the 31st so I doubt there will be much to see. Last time we were at sea on NYE, we had a few of those flares (like the ones that go off when the teams trot out at Twickers) fixed up to the railings around the outdoor pool - all over in 5 seconds!
