Well who knows - fate is preventing us from meeting - mind you looking for a pussy cat in a bar in Barbados was a bit surreal

All you had to do was call out "here, pussy, pussy" and I am sure we would have found each other !!

One of your rodents seem to have ventured up north and has taken to nibbling our apples and oranges which we keep in the attached garage, hope its only a junior version of your friends. Anyway I could do with your "pussy, pussy" to persuade it to keep out of our garage in future.

I might pop down to my barbers this afternoon and have my Xmas trim, or "get mi lugs lowered" as a Scots work colleague used to say.

What bliss - 36 hours peace and quiet without you lot mistakenly claiming you're the leader. I must say it makes a very pleasant change.

Far too much chattering at the back of the class, as your leader I need a bit of quiet to plan our route.

Getting there, pretty well have all the Christmas decks up now. Two trees this year. The big Bu99er in the lounge and the Tesco freebie from last year in the dining room bay window.

Made the ultimate mistake of putting a set of lights on before testing them. Could I get the damn things work, no. Tried everything, not so much as a flicker. Off they came and then a wiz down to Tesco's for some more :x

Years ago we bought a small tree in a pot for the house. After bringing it in and taking it out again after the festivities for three years it was starting to look a bit sickly so we planted it in the garden. Who knew that by this year it would be tall enough and strong enough that I'd need to, and could safely, lean a ladder against it to put three sets of outdoor lights on it!

By the way. Winning again. Just saying. ......

The mother in-law has one of our Christmas trees at the bottom of her garden from years ago, it must be getting on for eighty feet high at least.

Which just goes to show that even losers like you two can grow Christmas trees. :sarcasm:
