Exceedingly low cloud here this morning, so its warm and damp, Merv's old employer says no rain though till this evening, but do I trust them?

Was a scorcher yesterday! We were forecast rain today but stayed dry, goodness knows what it will be tomorrow...

Heavy rain just started here, should be good for the garden.

Just after 2am

We were woken by a helicopter getting closer and closer and louder and louder. By the sound it must have been a chinook. The noise was horrendous as it flew over. I honestly thought we were going to be gonna's. Any lower and it would have been sharing the bed.

Compo claim filling today for stress, loss of sleep, new ridge tiles, bed linen! etc etc

What you ought to be more worried about Stephen is what the thief, the helicopter was chasing, has stolen from your house and garden shed!!!

He can take it, we need a new telly. As for the shed, that's worth more than the contents
