Having been to Butlins, although many years ago, and Center Parcs, as well as several cruise lines, I am capable of giving an experienced and unbiased comparison of all of them; and P&O comes just above Butlins, but below Center Parcs which is just below Celebrity. CP is for the more refined, and wealthy, holidaymaker who have well behaved kids, unlike the lower two.
