I must admit Merv I am a P&O fan, as I know what I'm getting with them. I'll go with an open mind and enjoy. We are travelling with a couple of friends so we should have a good time.

Always a good prospect! But joking apart I've only ever had a future cruise credit and a couple of bottles of wine for a cock up on P&O (I know - so unlikely) and nothing at all - not even an acknowledgement of my complaint - after Calamity ruined my life. I must get a copy of your template letter.
